From sex shop to HQ: DPR Construction prepares new Phoenix building
A former Castle Boutique adult store will be converted into the local headquarters of DPR Construction .
The company, which now leases space in the Camelback Corridor, decided the stand-alone building at the southwest corner of 44th and Van Buren streets achieves a number of objectives, including enhanced branding opportunities and transportation conveniences. Construction is scheduled to begin April 18 with completion in September.
“We’ve considered options for the last year and a half. We looked at leased space and the property we found was just by accident,” said Dave Elrod , DPR regional manager.
