Echo and the Bunnymen play Ocean Rain at The Olympia
Echo & The Bunnymen join a list of acts who show / visits a classic album by the band plays in its entirety on the nightlife.
They come to Dublin Friday, September 23 to play the Olympia Theatre and will play the entire "Ocean Rain" classic 1984 live album and they will be accompanied at night by a string section. It was their fourth studio album and made the top 5 in the UK charts. You will hear hits like "The Killing Moon", "Silver" and "Seven Seas".
Tickets for the show will cost € 28 including booking fee and will be onsale Thursday, April 21 at 9am. Tickets can be purchased through Ticketmaster.ie and outlets nationwide.

Belladrum Tartan Heart Festival in the Highlands has announced Frightened Rabbit and Echo & The Bunnymen headlining the second stage of its line-up in August.
The festival, which is based near Beauly in Inverness-shire, held this year on Friday 5 and Saturday, August 6, with main stage headliners confirmed that Texas and Deacon Blue.
Echo & The Bunnymen are now confirmed as headlining the second stage of the event on Friday, while Scottish indie stars Frightened Rabbit have the same slot on Saturday.
Both groups are part of a series of new laws announced for the festival as part of an "Easter gift for the fans."
Also confirmed for the event are Anna Calvi, who headlines the national radar Emerge NME tour in May, the singer-songwriter Ed Sheeran, Teddy Thompson (who will be the title Black Isle Brewery Grassroots Stage Friday) Hart and Roddy & The Lonesome fire.

Festival organizers have warned regular fans Bella to buy tickets as soon as tickets are already selling at double the rate of last year's event, which sold out in advance. The festival director Joe Gibbs said: "We do not want our fans to be long-term flat-footed and left without a ticket if they intend to come."
